Phones4u and Quidco cashback

I'm in the process of migrating my two O2 contracts to orange via what I believe to be a reasonably good deal offered by phones4u [free nokia n95 clearance, dolphin 35, 12 months, 300 mins and 400 texts, £105 cashback, and £50 quidco. This is a deal that has been mentioned here before, including quidco it works out at £22/month or £265/year].
The crux of the matter is that I want to port my numbers to Orange. Since you can only do this - after the point of sale - by calling Orange, I fear that this may provide phones4u with a suitable reason for declining my 2x £50 quidco cashback.
Am I wrong to believe that?
