13 Hour delay

Hi,

so I was on a flight that was delayed by just over 13 hours recently, someone said to claim for it, so I'm in the process of doing so.

Ive used the resolver centre to send my initial letter to the airlines but over 2 weeks and I only received an Automatic reply stating they received it, nothing since then.

Ive escalated the claim and received the same generic email so looks like it when to the same department.

I'm considering printing the letter off and sending in recorded mail instead as I know, I should do everything before even considering court.

Just wondered if anyone had any advise I should take in or any other suggestions
