Etihad Airways offered air miles for compensation for delayed flight + missing connecting flight
We do not want to accept this are we entitled to cash compensation. The flight was going from Manchester to Singapore via Abu Dhabi. We had to wait full 24hrs for next flight to Singapore we were put up in a hotel. Missing full day in Singapore + hotel we had booked.

You did get a bed for the night in a hotel so you can't claim for the one you paid for as you got another one in Abu Dhabi instead.
You should get compensation in cash and not in air miles if that's what you want.:footie:
