what are my rights when buying furniture from charity shop?

    I used to work with someone who wore a leather jacket and smoked. The smell clung to his jacket . I wouldn't be sure it's going to go . Could you buy some stuff from the shop and sell it on eBay ?

    Well since you helped me with the dilemma and store is not really responsible i accepted £50 voucher to spend in charity shop. Now it will take me few years to spend it probably unless they have another not smelling sofa. Shame they don't do groceries :) like the manager said I can buy 100 dresses from the shop for that money
