Not in Northern Ireland. Transfers for new applicants or change in needs won't start until June. People with indefinite will be in December onward.
Ive had my re-assessment and await to hear back so I can start the ball rolling on my appeal.
How do I know I have been given nothing, well ESA50 landed on my door mat, and I'm not due for re-assessment for over a years time, as both are linked, ESA knows something I don't!.0 -

Seem to recall they are doing it by postcode so if you move from one postcode area to an area where they have started this could trigger a transfer? These are my own views and you should seek advice from your local Benefits Department or CAB.0 -
