I think I went for 3 refs as soon as I got $0.6 as I was so excited to get going. I think I carried on renting refs as money allowed and then realised it was going to cost me a fortune to extend them all for 240 days which is always the best way to go.

So I slowed down and gradually got them all extended before moving on.

I am now at 890 refs........all extended for 240 days and Ive been a member for just over two years.

Its a long game and most get bored.....which is why you also have to get your head round recycling.

I havent taken out any profits yet choosing to reinvest it all back and wont draw anything till I am Ultimate and have 3000 refs.

I am hoping that this will tie in with my mortgage coming to the end of its five year fied rate and then I want to overpay like crazy and get rid of the damn thing!!

You are lucky in the fact you can build up a few cents quickly from all the extra ads we have at the moment. I never had that when I started.

Other valuable piece of advice I wish I had known..........just let your points mount up.....they will eventually pay for a golden membership.. (30,000) which saves you $90!!

Hope I havent bamboozled you with too much info.......takes a while to get your head round. I found the forum on neo invaluable at the beginning.

How long would you recommend waiting before recycling? I've had 3 referrals now (wohoo!) for just over 24 hours. 2 of them have done nothing so far, and once has seen 4 adverts. How long would you recommend giving the 2 who haven't done anything before recycling? I shall make a conscious effort to scour the Neobux forum tonight as well.

I wouldnt worry just yet......in fact I would leave them for a couple of weeks.

I wouldnt rush into extending either as there is hopefully a promotion coming up sometime before the end of the month. It only saves you a couple of cents but every little helps and once you get a decent amount of refs, these promos can save you a substantial amount.

Just be aware of when your refs need renewing or you will lose them if not renewed after initial 30 days.

Sometimes its on first page.......sometimes 2nd. Has everything you need to know and takes quite a while to wade through but its always there to refer back to.

The other bit that helped me initally was the problems and doubts bit. People ask the stupidest questions but sometimes its something you may have been wondering about yourself and not dared to ask.

Thanks KM - just reached $0.6 again tonight, went to add another 3 referrals to find I can't do any more until 22nd. Not to worry...gives me 6 days to build up the pot! Thanks again for your advice.

Think KM has pretty much covered everything. They've been doing neobux for longer than me anyway, so guess there's not much that they don't know about it.
I joined neobux back in February 2016. Like KM has said it takes a while to build up to where you need to be to be able to contemplate a regular income from neobux. I did though make some withdrawals just before Christmas time last year - just over $100 in total, but haven't withdrawn anything since. Now I'm at 400RR, aiming to reach 500RR by around the beginning of October and then I'll take a break from buying more RR until I've got all extended for a decent time. Prices to buy RR (and extend them) increase when you reach each 250RR step, so sensible not to go over until you are happy with how many days you have on them.
Some people also choose to invest some of their own money or even money they have made elsewhere online. I haven't - what I have in neobux is purely from neobux.
Oh, and like KM has said - save your points to use for Golden membership. I have done that twice (currently Golden until August 2018) and right now have just over 20,000 points, so should be able to get the following year's Golden membership with points before this one runs out.

Pretty sure, like you I bought 3RR as soon as I reached that first $0.60. Don't think I'd rush to buy more right now though. I think you'd be best to save the money to extend them for the 240 days before buying more. Like KM has said there is likely to be a promotion, so don't actually extend until you need to (just make sure you have the money there for it). Oh, and if you are extending your RR for more than 90 days, then you should remember to turn off your auto-renew.
Obviously once you've the money put aside to extend the 3RR you currently have, then you can easy go buy more. Just be careful not to overstretch yourself as they will all need extended within the 30 days.

I should also have enough in my coins to give me £24 by the end of the month. I'm hoping that will tie in with promotion. If not ......
I might put it towards my ultimate pot which will give me a round $300. Almost half way there.

Ive decided to stop at 900 instead of going for the 1000. I really want to start putting as much as I can into the pot.

Its all pros and cons........makes my head spin sometimes. :rotfl:

Not surprised it makes your head spin! tbh I'm not sure I'll ever fathom out the best way forward, but guess as long as it's heading in the right direction. lol.

Unless you've just clicked, then I'll be a little ahead of you just now on points - Currently on 20,197. But obviously either of us could reach that magical 30,000 for our next Golden first. Who knows, we could even get there on the same day!

What have you been doing to earn the coins? A few months ago, I did manage to earn quite a lot on that video offer thing that was on offertoro, but haven't really done much recently. I know that there was another video offer thing on offertoro, but it was rubbish compared to what had been there a few months back. Suppose it's a case of keeping an eye on the points and coins offers (which I'm guilty of forgetting about).

Different subject - Have you been playing many of the games? Asking as I'm sure I read something saying that if you played a lot just now then you would be rewarded more when it went live (think they said in about a month). But playing the games (and having to watch ads) without rewards isn't exactly motivating, so whilst I've went for a look and played some games a few times, I don't think I could claim I'd been there loads. So, was just wondering what your take on the new games section was...

Do you both do anything other than click the Ad's now, such as the mini jobs etc? I'm tearing my hair out with them. I spent 45 mins last night doing a mini job (only got 37 cents!), extremely carefully, only to submit and be told I'd only hit 60% accuracy. I am certain I'd hit at least 80%. It's not the first time that's happened either, very demoralising. After only 3-4 days I can no longer be bothered doing the mini jobs.

Recently I've just really been clicking the ads (and adprizes when I've time).

I've never actually done any of the mini jobs with neobux as I used to do clixsense and so did those there. Have given up with clixsense though and suppose I should think about trying some mini jobs on neobux at some point, but just haven't got round to it.
I can remember though when I did those same tasks in clixsense at times they would go well and were easy and at times you'd get something totally ridiculous and so would end up expelled from that task. Really annoying too if you'd spent a load of effort on it, particularly when some were really ambiguous, so totally understand how you've found some of them very demoralising.

Just over a year ago there were quite a lot of video ads under points, so was easy to gather quite a lot of points from them which I used towards my first golden membership. Haven't seen those for a while now.

And as I said to KM in my previous post, I've not really been doing anything to get coins recently either. For info, in case you don't know pretty sure it's 2500 coins that gets converted to $2, though can't remember how long you've to wait for that, but it's quite a while.

Also, whilst these mini jobs and coins offers may well be worthwhile in the early stages to get things going, I should imagine they will become less important as your neobux grows. Making sure that you click your orange ads (or green ads) at the correct time will be much more important as that's what allows you to get credit from your referrals' clicks.
