are Jet2 delaying. can anyone help ?

Hello anyone out there who can help
I have been trying to claim through Revolver for a flight from Valencia to Stansted that was delayed by 3 hours 45 minutes
I have reached the stage where I escalated the claim which is with Jet 2.com and did this on 20th October 2015
I received an email back from Jet2 to say if I wanted an update or needed to send more information about this claim I have to send the request or the information in by writing as they will not now correspond by writing !
Please can someone help and let me know if Jet2 are paying out and if I should just wait or should I be doing something else as it is 4 months since their last emails asking me to write in
Please advise which would be much appreciated
