Then why still advertise it on the site at the offer price. Why not just say out of stock. It's misleading the public.
They could put everything on saying half price to get you to view the site and buy something but then you only get what they want you to buy!!
People make mistakes, the law recognises this. For instance if a newspaper mistakenly lists a car for £124 instead of £12400, that does not give anyone a right to buy it for 124. Time to let it go!0 -

I think this issue may be that it is out of stock in your area but not in others. This is why I suggested earlier that you book a delivery prior to loading the trolley. It should then be able to tell you what is in stock for delivery in your area0
