Carphone-O2
I have a debt with Carphone-O2 from 4 years ago and am now in a position to pay it off. But they won't let me, i have called O2 and they have no recollection of me in their system yet Carphone Warehouse do, but no one seems to be able to recover my account and what i owe on it so how do i pay? i have been in store and on the phone, i have been through the whole website and i am none the wiser. This debt is killing my credit score and i don't know how to erase it, please help?

Carphone-O2 which is now no longer a business. My DMP says it is with Carphone Warehouse but no one seems to be able to help there either0

You can try to raise the issue with the CRA that will contact the lender.
