Hi All,
New to this forum and after a little advice.
I am about to inherit money from my late Mother's estate which will be a five figure number.
I am in receipt of working tax benefits due to being on a low income and is the only in work benefit I claim. (or any benefit)
My question is does anyone know were I stand in relation to my working tax credits and having this money?
Any advice would be welcome. Thanks in advance.

Doesn't affect it.
If you gain any interest on it then you need to declare it if over £300 for the year.0 -

I had an idea this was the case however just needed clarification.
