Hi, I have a question about the extended warranty benefit on Flex Plus.

If I make an eligible purchase of a laptop partially in gift cards and partially with my Flex Plus through amazon - will my purchase be covered? Or do I need to pay for the whole thing on my Flex Plus card?

It doesn't matter how you pay - it could be cash - all you need is a proof of purchase.

We have Nationwude Flex Plus. It costs us around £4pm and we use the travel insurance, as well as all the other benefits.

We keep £2500 as our bottom line.

Mine's never visited me once in years. That's so unfair!

Thanks for your reply. Just checked the extended warranty T&Cs

Apparently you qualify as long as the purchase was made "using a debit or credit card in your name"

But what's still unclear to me is whether or not the purchase needs to be made in FULL with a card in your name or it can be a partial payment....

I'd phone the FlexPlus helpline. I found them very helpful when I had the account.

Yeah I'd give them a call but I've now decided to take out an accident & breakdown policy on the item I purchased anyway so the product warranty is kind of overkill now!
