Hi, are money transfers to current accounts seen as cash advances, on credit history? Do they hurt credit rating? Thanks!

Yes I think they will show as cash advances and in theory could be a bad thing on your credit files, but it is only one small part of your files and how you run your finances is the major thing in having a good credit file or not.0

I can only speak from my experience with Barclaycard and when I have ever done a money transfer they have only shown as a promotional rate on my credit reports.0

Ha I just posted the same thing. Seems a good option with the promotional rate for me to buy a bike but not if it harms me remortgaging.0
