Well done on win rose and 3for. We don't have a bookie here and we don't have an online account so don't bet on the National anymore.


Managed to book my hotel win for May so will be really busy but I like to take holiday wins as soon as I can incase anything goes wrong.


Hope everyone had a nice day. Was beautiful here , meaning to have a day out tomorrow if it is as nice as forecast.

Thanks FF. Love Somerset so excited about going. Have booked a Premier Inn at Portishead (near Weston Super Mare) for the night before as we have always meant to visit there. Definitely going to drive through The Cheddar Gorge this time when we are down there.
Hoping to get a free night on the way down as we have loads of points to spend on Inter Continental Hotels and there will be a points sale at end of month so will hold off to see if we can get one for less!

Morning everyone. Had a good nights sleep untill I was woke up with some seagulls making a racket. Where they have come from I have no idea. FF I do not know about the coat being sensible as I do not need one. The one I have my eye on is in a little independent boutique and would probably only wear it in good weather as it would not be any use in rain or snow. It is more fashion than sensible lol. Do not know how the weather is going to turn out today, will have to wait and see.

Rose enjoy your deliberations on spending your winnings. Amazing that trainer had another jockey who had first choice of two horses and he chose another one. The winning jockey was the youngest for 50 odd years. Did you see his young brother in tears?

sometimes we have a load of them just appear then
don't see any for weeks,
sensible or fun is a saying from SIL lol
each time i win cash she always says sensible or fun
to spend it on
think she means sensible as in buying a coat
to save you spending your own money so it's
not cost you anything,
