Sheils congrats to your daughter great she can realax now. Thanks for the info about Jury's Inn. Well done on your tombolla win. Hope your Mum picks up soon. My brother's friend had that two weeks ago and she is young but took her a time to recover. I have that to look forward to as found out this year have loads of small stones but they are dormant for now.

Rose great news about your DS. Everyone can have a great family Christmas now. We do appreciate all they do for us. It's been difficult times lately.

Wingo hugs for your Mum. Sorry about your job. It's extremely difficult have an interview with people you know and know you. They go by application form and interview not what they know about you.

DH has had cold. Lo. We had full house at weekend one night three GKs staying. Hectic to say the least.

I've been busy baking some mince pies for a friend
as she's had a bit of an accident & sprained her wrist so I offered to do them for her,
lol, wished I hadn't now as it's took me much longer than I thought it would :eek:
still, done now so can get on with comps

Hope you're all ok. It's a wet and dreary day here though
still very mild - been fairly busy this morning getting in
more food provisions etc and now sitting down with cuppa
and having a well earned breather!

Hiya Becks, hope your parcel comes in time! I've been backwards and forwards to a store where a parcel was getting delivered after getting texts to say it was in but store said it wasn't. I tried one last time and they said the parcels had been moved to a different room so they didn't know! I was ready for getting in touch with parcel company! My niece however had some parcels delivered and they give it to her neighbour who decided to move out and take parcels with them!

Been raining here too Alfie....well at 3 0'clock when DD was coming out of school anyway so I got soaked! Now in my cosy pj's

I got a free calendar today so saves me buying one! I also got a letter to say I can get the fuel allowance so that's £140 off my bill next year
