Morning, damp out there but dry at the moment. Just got washing on for first load of the day,got bedding to do next.Going to have an easy day today as shoulders and hands painful today.Hope you all have a good day.

Not as cold this morning - only a touch of frost. Hopefully going to be a bit warmer this week. Managed a decent walk yesterday afternoon as the frost had eventually melted - always scared of slipping over and breaking something!
Another quiet day here. Did book 2 nights in Southport for begining of January (£30 nights at Premier Inn) Might add something else later when we can get forecast.

Glad things went well at sale FF and you won some prizes.

Hope you feel a bit easier soon indie. Must do some washing too but not as much of it these days.

Morning. Bit dull here today. We have been down to visit DS and GKs for a few days came home last night. Was 4 degrees when we last there and 7 degrees here so we are really lucky.

Wingo well done on another win hope you have a good shopping trip tomorrow should not be as busy as weekend.

FireFly well done on wins sounds as though all went well with your fun raiser.

Sheils we love Peak District been to Matlock a number of times but nevervto the tram place. Pleased your Road is beginning to be put right.

Indie hope you feel a bit better soon. You have next week to look forward to. Sometimes a change is good with the agency, especially as your friend has experience of new one. BF email ... having not looked at them for a couple of days it's going to take me ages to clear.

Sylvia hope you enjoyed the birthday tea yesterday and the market today. Well done on SW.

Alfie well done cracking on with jobs. Sun was showing up our windows too but have not tackled them yet.

Rose don't blame you sending item back £30 is a big difference.

I managed to buy two special towels for drying long hair for my DDs which were reduced earlier last week and they were delivered before we went away. Casio watch I won end of September also arrived that morning after some chasing up.

DD1s bringing GS here today for me to have for a while so better crack on.

Cold and drizzly here fire**fly. It's the wet leaves making the paths slippy around here! There's hundreds of them!

Where was the special towels for long hair from Leanfun? I could do with one for DD2, her hair is right past her bum but she is getting it cut after Xmas for cancer research to make children's wigs. They need 7" to make one wig so should get 2 out of hers and still have some left!

Good for you booking a break Sheils, hope you find something else too.

I've been watching Xmas movies while hoovering and ironing in between. DS has just phoned to say he's hurt his ankle in footie so gonna go run him a nice hot bath!

Hope you're all ok.

I'm happily k-nackered - cleaned all the top windows of my
abode - trouble is when I start something like this, not only
do the panes get a good wash I then HAVE to do all the
window frames, plus sills plus anything else that needs seeing
to! :eek: Will be tackling downstairs tomorrow.

Lol re the sealant fire**fly - must admit .... I get in a bit
of a mess doing it! :eek: I've not done that yet ... working up
to it gradually. :rotfl::rotfl::rotfl:
