Pouring here today. So much for my intentions to go walking. DH is much better. A couple of years ago he would not use a heat pad I bought him when he had sciatica. Anyway I found it and it worked really well. This week it's a year since his heart attack and stent surgery. Hes doing fine thanks to the NHS.

Afternoon, well done everyone on your wins. I have been to work today for the early shift. I came home to 2 footballs and the sharing bowls from Walkers comp. It's my birthday today so son is taking me out for a meal tonight.

Been a beautiful day here especially this afternoon - got 2 loads of washing dry and just some bedding still to iron.


Lovely to see Spitfires Alfie. Saw some at Blackpool Air show last year. Got quite a good photo too.
