Morning. It's been very cold here. We had busy weekend. DS came on train by himself late Saturday afternoon and stayed overnight . DD1 and family came yesterday.

I haven't watched any of XFactor this year. Sounds like a real fix from what you are all saying. We didn't watch Stricktly either. Many on Internet saying that's a fix too. Ed Balls still in.

Rose it's do good your DSS will be home for Christmas. It's a very troubled world out there.

Sylvia well done on SW you are doing great. Sheils sounds as though you and DH are doing well to. Do hope DHs Blood pressure ciomes down soon. Had to smile picturing your DD practicing blood pressure taking. Pleased to hear she is doing well.

Wingo and Rose too have been progressing with Christmas. I've made present list and have a box of presents but still have more to buy. Need to start buying extras groceries for Christmas. We will be having a number here I'm sure.

Thanks FireFly and Luckofthedraw re CTWs. I'm not likely to win but having a go with ones that I would like to win which only have one or a few entries. I've bookmarked them. Don't feel like competing when there are thousands of entries for one prize especially if they are being entered by robots. Still have the odd go at something I'd like even if it's only an odd entry. Last summer I did win two things on them with just one entry each.

Sounds like you are having a busy time leanfun.
We are still getting used to just being our 2 selves. DD is just down the road though. DS3 was wanting to come home for a couple of nights next week to see a girl he knows who is an airhostess with BA but we are going away on Sunday (freebies to use) and not sure what is happening with gas. We are leaving boiler switched off as they aren't sure when we will get switched off again! He is going to leave it I think as 2 nights isn't enough time.
Hope everyone has a lucky week. If anyone sees Comping Fairy remind her that I am still about.

Morning, it's a cold one here today, suns out but no heat with it. I hate the low sun this time of year as makes driving difficult, it always blinds me. I had an iced up car yesterday when i went to work, not even de-icer would shift it,so had to scrape it off as well.Still I have 3 days off now so no need to scrape it early. I hope you all have a lucky day.

Just won a return flight on Jet2 or can get £200 off package holiday - not sure if minimum price on package holiday as can't get through on phone. Hopefully get something for next year anyway :j
