Just st a quick pop in as just st going to hoover through DD's house then heading home TO OUR OWN BED lol. They have had a lovely time in Devon and are on their way home.

Thanks leanfun. He thinks the job is more or less his but quite a jump up for him so he will be nervous and might have to cook a fancy meal for them. He needs to get away and do some different things.

You won't have as far to travel home this time Sylvia. Glad your family had a good holiday. I love Devon. Even I enjoy getting home to our own bed!

Lovely n' wet here, garden is loving it, me too.

I've stopped dancing now so all should be fine for
tomorrow, especially for our lovely wingo and her brothers
wedding day. :T:T:T

Apart from doing the rain dance .... I've been fairly
busy this morn and only just sat down to catch my
breath .... going to have a nice relax now and do some
comping. [STRIKE]If[/STRIKE] When the rain has eased off I'll maybe
trot out to the garage and do a bit more clearing out/
tidying up etc.



Fingers n' paws crossed for your DS3 sheils re his job
interview on Monday. Hope he does well and flies
through the interview. :T

sylv - know what you mean about your own bed! Pleased
family had a wonderful time in Devon, I've always loved it
there ..... absolutely beautiful.

Morning, blowing a gale here at the moment. Taken the hanging baskets down before the wind does it for me..lol. Off to do a food shop soon,can't see it being busy with this wind. Hope you all have a good day.

Bucketing down here again. It was a lovely evening yesterday after a really wet day, sun was shining away and then rain came back and stayed. Forecast for lots more too. No wind though.
Hope weather is better for you wingo for the wedding. Hope you have lovely time anyway.


Thanks all re DS3s interview. It is a working one and the first he will have done so bit nerve wracking for him.
DS2 and gf are trying to lease a hotel at the moment and DD will be starting her course soon too so it is all go.
I do tend to worry about them all.
Hope everyone has a lovely weekend despite the weather.

Hope you're all ok.

Crikes ... it's blowing a hooley here too, bright at
the mo though. Not long ago the heavens opened and
we had a swift n' heavy downfall ...... think it's going
to be a fairly topsy turvy day re the weather.

sheils - must admit, family life can get a bit busy!

Try not to worry about them, they'll be just fine.

Having said that .... I know it's easier said than done -
worrying about the kids (whether they're young or
older) is what us mums (and dads) do best!

Morning everyone. It has got really dark here. Think a down pour is on its way. Have got GK's later as dil and her mum are going to a wedding reception. They want chicken for dinner so an easy one for me. Hope everyone is having a relaxing weekend.
