good evening all :wave:
turned out a nice afternoon here though we had
one big downpour that hammered the windows :eek:
& then just a couple of little showers


hope you had a lovely lazy day rose
I did a good clean through early this morning
so rest of today just took it easy catching up comps & stuff :dance:

not had chance to pop in alphabetty thread yet Alfie

Been a lovely afternoon and sun still shining away.
Had a surprise this afternoon when DS2 popped in. He had been fishing in the area (caught 2 trout weighing nearly 5LBs each)
He didn't stay long but was nice to see him.


Had two small wins today - another £1 from GfK Media and 2 limited edition diet coke bottles. At least I know the Comping Fairy isn't completely ignoring me!

We are back from the coast. Feel wind swept still it was very windy at the beach this afternoon. Still it rained before we went out and on way home so we were lucky to have been out. Rained most of yesterday till after the tennis. So pleased for Andy. DD1 came with GS on Saturday for day and went with DS and his kids to Dover Castle so they had a great time. We had some great Kent strawberries, they were enormous but delicious. Feels as though we have been away longer than Friday and now over 900 emails to wade through.

Hope everyone is well. Hope it's a lucky week.

Hi everyone, hope you are all OK today. It has been raining for most of the day here on and off.

Been really busy, still battling the lounge but took a day off. Went to DD2's as she has supposed to be having a new glass tank delivered for her 2 Indian Star tortoise. She took time off work too and we waited and nothing came. When she rang the delivery peeps they said they were running late and would delivery tomorrow at 7.30 am so that was a waste of an afternoon really but never mind.

Lo Sylvia hate it when you wait in and thugs don't arrive, still you spent some time with your DD.

Sheils had a prep at your pics. Looks as though the pair of you had a great time again.

Welcome back leanfun - sounds as if you all had a
wonderful time. The strawberries sound scrumptious! :drool:

It's good to have a break now and again sylv from all your
decorating! Hope the tank is delivered today for your
DDs tortoises.
