Great saying AprilLady. I'm still smiling Rose.

Well we now feel stuffed. We went shopping late as it was so hot and there's too much traffic around here for DH. We called in an M&S with car park about seven and they had loads of reductions like we have never seen before. Cornish new potatoes 20p, ready to cook veg 30p. We bought some quiches and had all this for main. Then creme brûl!e 60p in a reusable dish (only had a bit of this) then marzipan and almond tarts 15p each. All with a glass of white wine. Can't move now!

We also bought reduced bread, rolls and scones all now in freezer.

Morning, well done on the win rose..have you come down from the ceiling yet..lol. I would still be up there.That's a great win.
It has cooled down here this morning so might get the rain they have been promising all week.It tried to rain yesterday morning when i was going to work but after spitting for 5 mins stopped.I have a late shift today so hoping to get some comps done before i go.Hope you all have a lucky day..

Wellcome Jane and happy birthday wingo. Loads of birthdays in the Inn this month. I am off the ceiling this morning thank goodness. Took me ages to get to sleep last night. Must get over to neighbours florist this morning as it would have been both my mothers and sisters birthday tomorrow so a visit to the cemetry is on the calender for tomorrow. DS is going to pick me up around midday and take me. Anyway on a happy note have promised the grandkids we are having a takeaway of their choice and some fun and games. Hope the weather will be kind and rain stays away.

I'm sure the grandkids will be thrilled - it's nice being able to share winnings with others, isn't it? (although admittedly I've only been able to share handcream and weed spray so far, hahahaha!)

AprilLady it is Fab but I am sure you do as I do and share with them all the time. Will enjoy weekend with them. but will remember my mum and sis. I lost them 9 months apart and with them born in the same day of the same month I had a problem . OK now she was my little sis. I am the oldest of three youngest sis is fit and fighting.
