No sun here Firefly. Pleased you had sunshine and you too April even though late. Great bargain lettice. No excitement here today April.

DD2 says they might now come Wednesday. We have a lot of food in freezer but I haven't bought much fresh food until I know they are on their way. Plan is for us to go there Thursday if they don't make it here. She doesn't know that yet.

We had some nice pasta with tomato and basil and mushrooms this evening and a glass of white wine. Cheers all!

Pasta is one of my favourite meals! I was like fire**fly
yesterday evening, didn't cook so ended up
picking ..... naughty but nice!

Will make up for it tonight though cos family are
treating me out to an Italian. May well have a
scrumptious pasta dish!

Didn't do anything exciting yesterday but did enjoy a
splash of wine or two in the evening!

Just got some comps to catch up on now before the
family arrive (prob lunch time'ish).

Lovely sunny day here again - used to always have weather like this in May but been a long time since we did now. Forecast is for it to continue which is great.
Going to have a day off gardening as we have a mountain of brambles and nowhere to put them as bin is full as well as a few boxes! Going to get haircuts today. My hair is really wild and desperately needing cut.

Morning all!

Don't know where you're getting the lovely sunny weather from, but alas it isn't here. Rain, wind and thunder already - I'm supposed to be going out later but tempted to cancel, I have a feeling stepping outside in this for any amount of time is just inviting a cold in for the week!

Catching up on the comping with a cuppa before getting work done. Cats snuggled up on the sofa, parked for the whole day I think. It's actually pretty pleasant in a way, despite the weather.

I hope you have a nice dinner Alfie, and a nice haircut Sheils. Also sending luck out to all for those last-day May wins! :j

Just realised I forgot to say that Sylvia moved house on Saturday but hasn't got the internet at the moment. She is due to get it next Saturday.
Off for my haircut now.
