FF she always brings me something down when she does some baking. It is really the only time I eat cakes. Have an odd biscuit but that is about it. Just got an e/mail from iceland. Had to pick from either a free pizza or dessert and ice cream. Chose the dessert or ice cream that way I'll have something in freezer for GK's. Just have to scan my card when doing shopping between 25th Feb and 19th March and a free voucher will print out with receipt.

I hope you're all ok and raring to go on this glorious
Friday.

We had a beautiful weather day here yesterday with
sunshine all day long



and it looks as if today will be sort of similar, it's
a crisp frosty start, lovely clear skies - 'cept after the
sunshine apparently wet stuff will be creeping in late
afternoon!

Know what you mean about the weather, it has been
really strange! Had a few hailstorms here then 5 mins
later glorious sunshine again! Ho hum!

Love home cooked meals too. I've also got a slow
cooker which is in regular use - it's a lovely faithful
cooking companion - well over 30+ years old (prestige
stoneware crock-pot) and still works perfectly! :T

Sounds like you all had a very productive day yesterday!

Supposed to be heavy rain here all day but hasn't started yet.
Getting really annoyed with the spammers, did click spam on quite a few. Seemed to work last night when a few of us were doing it but just too many there today!
DS2 has had good news and is being promoted to head chef at his new job. He was over qualified for job he took but wanted one in town he was going to live in. Present head chef was on trial and being sacked I think which is a shame and won't be pleasant for DS2 though. Says DS3 could go up and work for him as they are needing another chef so will see what happens. Kids are such a worry!
Think I forgot to say, DD got accepted for college course so has back up if she doesn't get the grades she needs for the Uni course so she is happy with that. Hope things sorted out before our Tenerife Holiday in March.

Morning peeps. Looks nice outside this morning but frost still on cars and pavements. Have to head out around 9am. According to forecast rain and wind heading in here and snow later on. Thats good news for your DD and DS2 shiels. Well must get on and get out of pjs and in to clothes. Have a lucky day everyone.

Home again. Sun has gone and heavy clouds have appeared and it is freezing. Have to go out again around 11am so hope rain stays of until I get back. Neighbour who has florist shop is helping with a fund raiser for local special needs school. So went in and ordered two lollipop trees of flowers one for me and one for DS's house. Do not mind helping as nephew who has cerebral palsy went to that school and every penny profit she makes today and tomorrow is being donated.
