Good Morning,


Looking OK here this morning so hopefully get all the washing done.
It is DDs last day at school today, well half day anyway. Think she is going to the beach this afternoon with friends although she is working tonight. She only has her Biology Higher to do on Monday but will have to go back in to do one or two things for her Psychology Higher which is in June. Her other exams were mainly done with school work. After that she wants to get on with her driving and get the theory test out of the way. She has had such a busy time.

Morning, Hope your DD has a last good morning at school sheils..mine was over 40 years ago but i still remember it like it was yesterday..lol Another lovely day here, just going to get washing on,bit of housework to do then out in the garden. I made a wire bird feeder last night to put the balls of seed i won last month so want to get that put up.I won a book on Goodreads this morning, so finally off and running this month.Hope everyone has a good day.

Not impressed that London gets an expected 21 degrees today and we get 11! Ah well, I'm working this afternoon and tomorrow anyway! Congrats to those with recent wins!

Hello everyone, sorry late in today. Sister phoned and asked if I would meet her in Durham if she came through on the bus so have had a busy day.

We are hoping to move at the end of the month leanfun, have found a nice flat half way between my DD2 and DH's DD2 so quite convenient. Busy trying to pack etc before getting the keys so we will be able to decorate before moving in hopefully.

Hope you DD had a good time out with her friends after her last day at School Sheils. Good she is learning to drive, its easier when you are younger I think. One of my Son in Laws has just passed his theory test but has to wait until July for the road test

I wish Lottie was too big for my shoulders Confused as she has sharp nails LOL.

That's great news Sylvia, I must have missed the news reading back. Sounds ideally situated and would be brilliant if you can decorate before moving in. You are really going to be busy this month. Love your pic today.

Agree with you about driving I never learnt. My DS and SIL didn't learn when they were younger. DS learnt in USA and SIL is now learning. Our DDs were like Sheils D and learnt after A levels much better.

Morning all,


Sun trying to come out but forecast says it will be tomorrow before we get really hot here and Monday looks great for DDs 18th.
I started to learn to drive when I was young but gave up when I needed to move into my own flat as I didn't have enough money for a car anyway. Did learn at 30 after my first husband died although I seldom drive now.


Hope work passes quickly indie and the sun comes out.
