Gosh it has been a cold night here! Everything is covered in frost.
Sun is coming out though so will try and get beds changed.

Our main birthday time coming up soon with DS2 turning 30, DD 18 and then DS3 20. Time goes in so quickly. DS1 is July and DH is August and then that is it until parents in November. Always relieved to get May over although this year have 2 breaks as well.

It was a chilly start to the day here but quite pleasant
now at the mo - just a bit cloudy.



We had rain on and off yesterday but the evening was
beautiful.



I hope the wet stuff won't be appearing today cos I
have a fair bit to do out in the garden.

Fine here so far today.

Had a surprise phone call from an old colleague. We had not been in touch for several years so it was great to catch up.

Sheils hope you enjoy your break. I looked up and the holiday friends we are meeting up with at the end of the month live in Leigh. Small world.
Hope weather picks up for you. Could not believe snow forecast for some places today.

Well, we have had rain, snow, hail, wind and sunshine today. Hoping to dry the door curtains that I have washed so lets hope it clears soon.

Whow Sheils you have got an expensive year with your DD's 18 and a 30th as well. Next year I am 70 and DD1 is 50! and we have our Silver Wedding this year too.

Lovely to catch up leanfun.
I had never heard of Leigh before but there was a great points offer there in a new Hol Inn Exp so leapt at it. DH has been before so not as enthusiastic but there is a small lake and park there and it is just an overnight on way home. Hotel gets great reviews and as it is free ....
Weather been lovely here couldn't believe snow ploughs had been out in some areas! :eek:

At least it isn't DS3s 21st Sylvia! DS2 is taking his GF to Amsterdam for his birthday so won't see him.
