Small smartphone

I am looking for a small phone I can use with one hand ( I have small hands). I currently have a moto G 4.5" but find if slightly too big and heavy . after a quick look in cpw I can't believe the s3 mini is still for sale new and still well over £100. The cpu etc must dated now surely?
However it is a nice size, I want up to 4" screen.
Anyone have any recommendations?
I like the iPhone 5c as its narrow and my hand goes round it comfortably, however not sure I want to change to apple.

Galaxy S4 mini. 4.3" screen but its smaller than the moto G all around.

With an S-View case also its quite compact. And you dont need to open it to answer a call.

I agree with forgotmyname.

My friend has the Galaxy S4 with S-View case and it not only allows you to answer the phone without lifting the cover it also shows things like any unread messages, missed calls etc.
