I was delayed by almost 9 hours on a Thomas Cook flight 5 years ago when they didn't have a plane to take us back to Manchester from Kos.. I wrote to complain straight away but they denied they were at fault . I complained to the CAA who said I had a claim but as we were delayed in Kos they had to deal with the complaint in Greece. I have no argument with Kos airport as it was Thomas Cook who were at fault. Obviously I got no joy at all from Greece. I really don't know where to go from here. Any advice please? Thanks.

  • Don't bother with Kos, read Vaubans guide and as long as the delay wasn't caused by an extraordinary circumstance You should be OK.
