My battle with Thomas Cook

I was delayed by almost 9 hours on a Thomas Cook flight 5 years ago when they didn't have a plane to take us back to Manchester from Kos.. I wrote to complain straight away but they denied they were at fault . I complained to the CAA who said I had a claim but as we were delayed in Kos they had to deal with the complaint in Greece. I have no argument with Kos airport as it was Thomas Cook who were at fault. Obviously I got no joy at all from Greece. I really don't know where to go from here. Any advice please? Thanks.

Don't bother with Kos, read Vaubans guide and as long as the delay wasn't caused by an extraordinary circumstance You should be OK.0
