Made a claim for one of my cashbacks with CPW. I recieved my bill on 21st August 2007, I sent it off the next day and today I received my cheque in the post for £100. So in total it took just 10 days for me to receive my cashback.
Thats what you call service.
A company like CPW who is Europes biggest mobile phone retailer have absolutely nothing to hide. Those retailers who pay 2/3+ months late nearly always HAVE something to hide and best avoided. I repeat, those retailers that have something to hide will generally pay out cashbacks 2/3+months late.
E.g. Mobileshop, Phones4udirect, etc. etc.
Infact last year I got all my cashbacks from CPW within 30 days of making the claim. 4 in total and 5 in total to date.
CPW don't generally offer the lowest price offers but you pay for quality and service. A low price offer doesn't not mean the best offer. There is a difference.
There are plenty of cowboys out there offering cheap deals but not necessarily the best offer.
For a hassle free mobile phone life, best to stick with a company like CPW.
