Does Web n Walk on T-mobile work abroad?

Unlikely.
As far as i know, the only network to allow you to use your browsing bundles abroad is '3', and that's if you're roaming ona '3' network aborad (when, incidentally,they will allow you also to use your bundle mins/texts/mms/video calls)
I think T-mobile charge in-line with other networks at around £8/meg whilst roaming
