You mean court costs? Shouldn't those also have been reimbursed?0 -
yes i paid £60 to issue the claim,,, T C should have paid me £660,,,only but paid me £600 i issued the claim 10 feb 2016,,,, today 12 feb 2016 its in my account ,,, very under handed,,, i sent a email L.B.A via Resolver in december,,,,, as ive issued the claim now i will let it run as there is still money out standing0

Were your papers deemed served by 10th Feb or is this the date you actually submitted your claim online. If the latter then you may struggle to recoup the court costs. It is unlikely T C will have received the court papers after 2 days AND arranged payment. Looks like they paid up without the need for court action, albeit extremeley slowly. If you're new. read The FAQ and Vauban's Guide

the papers were done before 11 am on 10/02/2016 and were submited so i agree to be paid in by bacs this morning 12/02/ 2016 seems odd,,,, however i can not belive T C PAYED with out seeing the claim,,, this started with emails years ago,,, which were never replyed to,,, 6 months ago i started again with RESOLVER going all the way to the senior directer,,, i tryed yet again to reject the vouchers and recived an email stating they can confirm i have recived vouchers,,,, saying the maters closed and should i need any further assistance to phone them ,,,,,,this i tride several times only to wait for 30 mins eachtime before giving up ,,, in my opinion T C have been taking the pee to have to wait 4 years,,, then send court action and get paid in 48 hours takes some beliving0

I agree with JP that your court action almost certainly had nothing to do with TC's decision to pay out - they wouldn't have had time to process the whole thing, let alone then pay out. But you did the right thing because if TC hadn't decided to pay up, you'd have been waiting for ever. And at least you didn't need to pass it onto a NWNF lawyer, who'd have taken about one third of your claim for no work at all.0

my thinking is ,,,had T C paid me without making it so difficult and taking so long ,,,, i could have accepted the compensation and stood the loss of £60,,, but i feel they have been rude and disrespectfull,,, as ive paid the court fee it may as well run on whats to loose:(0
