Are you sure because Avast (AWIL) are actually older than Norton..

Shhh dont tell MAC users that Norton started out with an AV for MACs, they wont believe you.

Pretty sure Avira is older than Norton also.

So the free and better software was already there if you knew where to look.

Hi Everyone, and thanks for your ideas its appreciated. I currently have AVG but thought of changing it. Got some good ideas here....and opinions...
  • Why bother ? you obviously are either don't have one, or unhappy with what you have on your kettle/fridge/notepad or you are thinking of buying a new pencil to run it on. I may be wrong but I am sure that I have seen other threads where the OP has been called disingenuous and lets see if he comes back and give us some more [STRIKE]bait[/STRIKE] information.[/QUOTE

Not candid or sincere, disingenuous, since you are quick to use such big words do you know what they actually mean, oh and by the way, I am female not "he". I was simply asking a question about antivirus programmes and in answer to your question I currently have AVG..As for me not being sincere, you know what you can do with your sarcastic answer, is that sincere enough for you!

you can try bitdefender and now they have good promotion like 70% OFF

bitdefender total security 2016 up to 5 devices 26 usd

it can be upgraded to 2017 version as free

    upucuza . com / shop/bitdefender-total-security-multi-device-2016-70-off/

Has a remarkable appearance, consistency and flavour to that of spam.

So why did it get needlessly bumped back-up the board?
