Delight Mobile - Voicemail

I recently ordered online a Delight Mobile sim card. It came in a few days and I then followed the procedure to transfer my number to them. All went without a hitch.
What I cannot get to work is the voicemail text message that I should receive if someone leaves me a voicemail when my phone is either switched off or out of range of a signal.
I can dial my mailbox and retrieve messages OK, but I have to ring in every now and again to check. (I have checked that text message alerts for voicemail are enabled in my Delight Mobile mailbox)
I called Customer Services who answered in a few minutes, which surprised me really because they don't reply to e-mails - well they didn't to any of the three I sent!
I was told by the CS Lady that I was not receiving voicemail text message alerts due to a setting in my phone, but I can't think what phone setting would enable Delight Mobile to send me a text message.
Does their voicemail text alert service work for anyone else? Any ideas? The phone is an LG G3.
Thanks.

I managed to figure this out. What it turned out to be, is in message settings, under multimedia message, 'auto-retrieve' needs to be enabled.
Even though the voicemail notification text message comes through looking like a normal text message, it appears that it is actually a multimedia message. So there you have it. ☺0
