I agree, I believe that simple is best. You don't want to go spending out on ingredients you wouldn't normally have. For instance, I tried avocado and it was disgusting! I'm not a junk food person either, I don't have take-aways, crisps, cake or biscuits. But I used to have pasta and bread a fair bit. I've cut out pasta, bread rice completely.
I know Michael says that you can have steel cut oats (porridge) but not instant hot oats. But I'd rather have protein for breakfast now and see how it goes from there.
in my first week I've lost 8lb so I must be doing something right. I bought my mother-of-the-bride outfit on Saturday in the size below I am at the moment. I've got until the end of April to do it, but hope to achieve it by March.
Also fizzylizzy, it might be worth you posting on the BSD forum for recipe ideas. The folk on there seem to be very nice.
