Virgin Money Bank Accounts! Are they any good?

    I have virgin isa and an online saving account with them. No complaints, nothing fancy about it, they were easy to open but aren't paying the best interest rate as compared to the other current account options. I was going to open a basic account as it too pays some interest, but it seems on reading in their website there is no "internet" banking for fund transfers and the like- I think it is all branched based which doesn't appeal to me, so I never followed it up
