A few years ago a family crisis meant more phone calls were being made. At this point I realised my step-brother was on an expensive PAYG deal, and due to the increase of phone calls was toping up £10-£20 a day. Money he didn't have.
So to help in a small way I got a unlimited mins phone contract in my name for him. I must have been able to get a PAC code for him, as he kept the same number.
Now a few years down the line, although I have never had an issue with his phone usage (making international calls etc), I now feel uncomfortable having the contract in my name.
If possible I would like to end the contract with Vodafone, get a PAC code, and get a 30 day Life Mobile deal in his name and bank details (with his permission of course, and if he passes credit checks).
Would it be that straight forward?

Yes, as long as he is out of minimum term and you get him to ask for his PAC (it stands for Port Authorisation Code).====0 -
Thanks. The contract is in my name for the time being so I will get the PAC code.0
