Brussells Airlines delaying EU claim

Made a delay claim to Brussels Airline in September by post using EU forms, template, etc - just ignored.
By email resubmitted and had acknowledged the claim by their customer services department in October. Since I have emailed them many times and advised occasionally that they will contact the claim department and advise. Nothing ever happens, they have refuse many requests for a claim number or a contact numbers to take the matter up within their company.
Has anyone had any success with this airline and can make any suggestions I can use to force their hand and get the matter resolved. Does anyone have any relevant contact number other than customer services who I have rung on many occasions and never get a reply even after hanging on for over 30min?
Thanks for reading this, any help desperately appreciated at this stage as I time moves into the 5th month of the claim.
Chris
