Ok dumbass I have just read this thread and clearly you suffer from some psychological problem.
There was two things happening in that first post from HO87@OP You have a PM
@beamerguy - the Administration of Justice Act is all but irrelevant in these circumstances.
The first part says
This bit is HO87 addressing the OP or orginal poster, in this case simegchris, to tell them that they have been sent a PM or private mail.@OP You have a PM
Unless you are the OP, in this case simegchris, and have posted a problem using 1 account and answered it using another account, it's unlikely that you would know that the PM that HO87 sent to simegchris never arrived. If this is the case, My first point about you suffering from psychological problems stands.
The second part of HO87's post relates to you saying
