Help understanding credit file

Options
Hi, can anyone help??
I have two ccjs, one is for an RBS loan, the other for a store card, both due to drop off my credit file in about 2 years. I have being paying small payments each month towards these however this will not clear the debt by the end of the 6 years. So from my understanding the ccjs will drop off my credit file despite not being fully paid off, the RBS account is on both the court record section of my credit report (for the ccj) and on my normal list of creditors as a current open account which shows that I am late paying every month (it says 6 every month). The other debt for the store card ccj only appears under the court record part as a can and does not appear as a creditor account in the other parts of my credit file. So my question is, should the RBS debt be in both sections? In 2 years when my ccj ends and is removed, will the open account disappear off the other parts of my file or will it continue to show late payments every month and affect me forever till I can clear the debt? So confused.

If there is a CCJ for the debt, then it should have been recorded as a default, not late payments, with the default date before the CCJ date. Which would result in it clearing on before the CCJ does. As it is. not defaulted, it will stay for another 6 years.

You'll need to complain stating that as there is a CCJ on this, under ICO guidelines and to be accurate under Data protection Act 1998, there must be a default registered for this noi later than the CCJ date. That if they don't backdate a default, you will be forced to report them to the ICO and take them to the FOS.,
