Yes, the other way is to drive something small and diesel, then sneak up quickly behind a big lorry that's filling up. Just as the driver's put it in the holster and walked back to the cab, grab the holster and fill your own. Then drive off, he'll pay for it for you.

go and wash your mouth out with soap and water:eek::p

    Spurs B Team at that.

Good work by the Red Scousers though. I always like seeing Man U getting beaten. I think it's something to do with a Surrey upbringing :) They say you know when Man U are playing at home because the M6 is jammed with Land Rovers driving up from Godalming.

I work with a Man U fan, (who was born and bred in Manchester ), he's not happy, but surprisingly sanguine. i've learnt more about football than I really want to over the years.

I am bad! Not worthy to be posting on the nice people thread! I'm afraid that I chortled when I read that Jamie Gilt, a prominent pro-gun lobbyist, was shot in the back by her four year old son, using a large calibre hand gun she just happened to have left on the back seat of her car, next to him.

She had previously described how she spent time showing him how to use guns. It's a shame she didn't spend more time telling him not to.

I just wish he'd shot something really, really important. Something majorly important ....

She got off way too light.

Perhaps the 4 yo had read the Trump thread and was trying to cook Ted Cruz bacon?
    I think....

One of these day's you'll arrive early enough to come and visit and OH will take you round the pubs of Liverpool. :) Or we could do a barbie in the garden if it's warm. :rotfl:

    Come on You Reds!

    Thanks Maggie :)

I have to say DS and I love the trips there. We will definitely try, maybe when we reach the semi finals of the Europa (faint hope!).

Sooooooo....? What happened? I'm guessing that this is football related?

2-0 and the Man U fans went home disappointed GDB.

There's plenty wrong still with the Liverpool side. Klopp knows this.

However, there seems even more wrong with the Man U side.

It's what makes it such an interesting tie (only half time tho).

,,,I get bored watching "perfect" teams like Barcelona.

Others might suggest that given moving is so stressful and such hard work, whether it is worth the hassle to only move 10m across the road.....:rotfl:

Edit: I sometimes think if we were to win the lottery and be able to afford a detached the easiest thing would be to just buy out our semi-neighbours and knock thru.....
    I think....

I couldn't sell a house and move over the road, being so close to the buyer .... unable to make eye contact, I'd just hide away and work out how I could buy a strip of land from all the neighbours so I could build my own escape run at the bottom of the garden for those days when the new owner was out in their front garden/garage or generally about :)
