I work with a Man U fan, (who was born and bred in Manchester ), he's not happy, but surprisingly sanguine. i've learnt more about football than I really want to over the years.

Others might suggest that given moving is so stressful and such hard work, whether it is worth the hassle to only move 10m across the road.....:rotfl:

Edit: I sometimes think if we were to win the lottery and be able to afford a detached the easiest thing would be to just buy out our semi-neighbours and knock thru.....

I couldn't sell a house and move over the road, being so close to the buyer .... unable to make eye contact, I'd just hide away and work out how I could buy a strip of land from all the neighbours so I could build my own escape run at the bottom of the garden for those days when the new owner was out in their front garden/garage or generally about
