It's a phishing site. I entered a completely bogus (and very sweary) Apple ID and it said it was locked. All I had to do get get it unlocked was enter all my personal and financial information.

The site was however, very professional...

It's a scam, quick to trade on all the hype surrounding 'Error 53', where most people will have half-understood what they half-heard on the news while doing something else and not really paying attention.

If they can snare 2 or 3 people per million iPhone users, they will clean up.

I thought it was strange. I haven't noticed my Id being locked. And I have never made any attempts at login in. Thanks for the warning.

I received one end of last year, I've never have or ever will have anything to do with Apple.
I've had the same mobile number 15+ years, so draw your own conclusions.
