I asked, on p2 of this thread, for you to post the contract you signed.

While you're at it, post the exact words of the ad (remove phone numbers etc. of course).

Then we can advise you properly. She is arguing that it isn't as described. How on earth can you expect accurate advice if you don't tell us how it's described?

Its a county court claim form, having looked into if further, its something anyone can initiate, with a cost of £35.
However I am obliged to reply, which I have done.

    There is no contract!!

She is arguing that the car wasn't described correctly as there was no mention of the failures found on the MOT (which I wasn't even aware of)

But again, who sent you the form?

Was is sent by the court, or by your buyer?

There may be no written documentation detailing the T&C's of the agreement, but there is a contract.

What we're trying to figure out is what terms may have formed part of the contract. We can't do that unless you start telling us specific details though - such as what was the exact wording of your advert. You can remove name/address/phone number - we just need to see what you said and whether it could come back to bite you in the !!!.
You keep using that word. I do not think it means what you think it means - Inigo Montoya, The Princess Bride

You need to properly engage with the people who are asking you questions to try to help you by answering their questions!

The letter I have received is from Money Claims online, on behalf of the buyer.-
As stated above, this is something anyone can initiate online, with no legal support.
