Can you take a screenshot?
What type of account does it relate to? Credit card? Bank account?I'm a Board Guide on the Credit Cards, Loans, Credit Files & Ratings boards. I'm a volunteer to help the boards run smoothly, and I can move and merge threads there. Any views are mine and not the official line of moneysavingexpert.com0 -
sorry for delay, forgot i posted this!
unfortunately i cant get a screenshot
it relates to all different kinds: Catalogues/Store cards/Credit Cards/Bank accounts0 -
When I worked for GE Money, the most common accounts we did that showed as Retail Option were clothing retailer store cards or finance from such as B&Q or Comet. The "Option" part of the finance account related to the fact you could have a number of different purchases, all on different payment schemes under just the account.
Hope this is of some help.0 -
what is the brand/legal name next to it? and does the amount immediately point out anything to you?0
