Yes thanks Slithy, I was only ever displaying it as a courtesy and to save myself the hassle I guess. When the charge is cancelled i will make sure to follow this up and makes sure this point is understood and to ask other questions as to the contract that is in place with UKCPM etc

They said they would come back with comments on my lease, which i will post here too.
