    I can't use Tesco mobile because O2 is useless in our village.

    I think, when I buy my eldest a mobile, I will start with PAYG on BT and upgrade to a capped monthly tariff, if the PAYG proves too expensive.

    My major concern with any tariff is that she should always be able to phone home, regardless of credit. It's not obvious if that is an option anywhere?
