    leveller2911 - You are right stiles and rails are the correct word.

    I have seen tulipwood veneered over. Maybe it was offcuts of tulipwood that someone tried to use, I dont know. Nevertheless, it was a real surprise when I found out as it immediately became apparent why the shaker kitchens we supply from a reputable English manufacturer are relatively more expensive. They use prime grade sorted timber in solid sections. Sadly, for basic shaker kitchens, we often come across as overpriced because most consumers cannot or do not see the difference. All they are looking for it no one else can tell the difference.

    With this backdrop, its no surprise vinyl wraps are king.
