Hi can you please advise me on terminating my contract. I have been with virgin for approx 18 months but because I moved house in that time I had to start as a new customer on a new 18 month contract. I told them that the house I am moving too is only temporary and that I would be moving again in a few months therefore I didn't want to start a new contract but they wouldn't listen. I am now moving again to an area where virgin media is not available. Can I therefore cancel my contract without incurring termination fees?

the max you will pay is £240.
And yes, you do owe - you only had to extend the contract minimum term because you chose not to buy out last time.0
