If it doesn't win it will simply fuel the fire that says IAS is a kangaroo court.

Many thanks for your totally unhelpful reply Arthur. Without going into too much detail about a very difficult and personal condition, bouts of PTSD can happen at any time.

Post traumatic stress disorder (PTSD) and driving

You can be fined up to £1,000 if you don’t tell DVLA about a medical condition that affects your driving. You may be prosecuted if you’re involved in an accident as a result.

Ask your doctor if you’re not sure if your post traumatic stress disorder will affect your driving.
    Car or motorcycle licence

You must tell DVLA if your post traumatic stress disorder affects your driving. Fill in form M1 and send it to DVLA. The address is on the form.

Also if any condition worsens you MUST inform DVLA

The above are NOT my opinions but are facts

She never said the DVLA don't know about his condition, leave them alone.

Yay - just heard we did win this IAS appeal...the OP showed enough evidence that the keeper wasn't the driver - VCS mucked up by continuing to pursue the keeper - and that was enough to win because she isn't liable.
