Pizza Hut delivery and the ongoing argument

we had this with our local pizza hut - placed an order, both pizzas arrived cold - paid for with paypal... rung the store and they said they would re send them for us (it took nearly 2 hours to get the original ones - so declined their offer - asked for a refund originally told by the person who answered the phone yes a refund would be issued - only to be told 30 seconds later by the manager that it wouldn't be possible to refund.


Contacted pizza hut via facebook and got little joy - in the end initiated a paypal claim and despite the manager at the local pizza hut being adamant they wouldn't be refunding the money - paypal claim was found in our favour and the refund issued.... not ordered from pizza hut since due to the issues with our local branch (which I think is a franchised one!!!).

I've never found Pizza Hut to be great.

It's alright if you're alright with (at best) lukewarm pizza that is between 15 and 30 minutes late and you're willing and able to stick it in the oven to warm back up.

My local Dominos is far better, it arrives pretty much on time and hot.
