Did you ever get any of the 1p heavy duty scourers. They can actually rescue a burnt pan. ;)

  • I used to be far less than positive rose, but I find positivity inspires positivity.

My problem was I was a middle child so I was always in the wrong whatever I did, and I got the blame for everything. That stays with you.

I have put my family behind me, my father is dead and due to various reasons I no longer feel any loyalty to my brothers, or even any need to contact them. There is nothing to hold me back and no reason to be less than positive.

If I can manage it then you can. Your sister's attitude is her problem, not yours.

Coat hanger in & matchsticks propping up our eye lids.

My DD lost the plot last night & rang the door bell every hour, talking nonsense to us & we are so so tired.

Today he is quite normal  :) chatting with the builders - tiles have been delivered for grippy floor - shown them to him - approved :)
We are choosing the fittings next, like loo, sink & shower..
Any pointers please of where to start?

Oh & my cousin (72 yrs old) has also had a brain bleed last night :(:(:(:(

I don't know about your Dad Snap but my mum used to have bad nights almost as if she was in a waking dream. They used to be exhausting on my own. Those were the days I slept when she did just like having a new baby.

I am happy with the sink and toilet I got from Victoria Plumb but I would not recommend their taps I have noticed that the set on the sink the silver is already coming away. :(

Whereas the bath taps we sourced from a company called Tapwarehouse and they are still sparkling so we have also bought our kitchen taps on the strength of this in readiness from them exactly the same product as other companies were asking a lot more for.

If it's an electric shower you are looking for I got a Mira one from Argos again cheaper than I could find elsewhere. Our electrician said we chose a good make when he came to fit it.

    Hope that helps you. x

Oh and Snap make sure you buy the ones for the correct water pressure if you are sourcing it all yourself.
