    Ties online have a nice pheasant tie at £19.95 could they buy book of knots to go with it. Most men tie a tie how they were taught in school. Learning a double Windsor or such like makes people unable to read you quite as well in meetings.

    There are some very nice duck ties, then you could call your present Thai duck :)
