Sadly no, I have had a chest infection for 2 weeks but it had not responded to anti-biotics and sadly I have been doing extremely silly hours at work with 4 hours driving most days... I definitely earned every penny!
Just waiting for DS2 and he new girlfriend to get ready so I can drop them off in town, and then go to A (as the cupboards are totally bare)
ooh did I say that I got home yesterday to find that the new girlfriend was staying the weekend (I had no idea).... and she had left her bag on the train.... so another 40 mile round journey to get her bag. Sometimes going to work is easier!
How are you doing?100 -

GS said do you ever make homemade chips? to which my DH said I would love homemade chips but with all the offers on and so much food in the freezers that time is a long way off- We bought an actifry over 1 year ago and it is sat in the back of the cupboard and never been used:eek::eek::eek:0 -
I think also it's the no smoking
:o:o Getting quite fond of my expensive
eFag - but I really crave a real roll up
Here until next weekend when my older Sister takes over. I don't know whether to stay for Mothers Day or leave when sister gets here as Mum fretting about bed linen changing & meals .....
Now have a find a ramp task - as Mobility man can get one for £250 but on eBay they are £86;);)
It's good you have a sister to share the burden.
If it were me I would stay for mother's day but I understand your mum's anxiety but surely that can be worked around somehow.
Good luck with the ramp. What a difference in price. :eek:0 -
